3. Payments Service fees are billed according to the selected plan. One-time and recurring fees are disclosed before purchase. All payments are processed securely.
4. No Guarantee of Approval While we assist in registration, we cannot guarantee approval by EU authorities. You are responsible for providing accurate documentation.
5. Third-Party Services CarTurf USA works with partners in the EU. We are not liable for errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party providers.
6. Limitation of Liability CarTurf USA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by the client.
